Shipping & Delivery
All orders include Free delivery within Mainland UK addresses. 
Items are sent via UKMail on an overnight delivery service within 2-3 days of ordering. 
Returns & Replacements
We would encourage all customers to double check and proof the image they have created as mistakes cannot be rectified free of charge once printed and shipped. If you do think you have made a mistake, please get in touch as soon as possible. 
Vincredible ship all items in perfect condition, however, accidents do happen. If you receive faulty goods, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to allow us to rectify the situation. You will be offered either a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. It would not be possible to receive both a refund and replacement as this is not our policy.

When you place an order with us, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided us with. If you have registered with us you can also sign back in  to monitor the status of your order. It will be showing as pending or processing until we have shipped it when it will change to complete. 
You will then receive a shipment email with the couriers details to enable you to track your parcel. 
We reserve the right to cancel any order that doesn't is an infringement on UK copyright law or is deemed offensive or discriminatory.
Viewing Orders
We recommend registering when you checkout as this allows you to log back in and check the status of your order.
