Terms & Conditions
In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. We will only sell to anyone who is 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or over. If you are making a purchase as a gift, then the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
If the item received is faulty or damaged, you may cancel your order at any time within 7 working days from the day you receive your order, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact. To receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of order.
Return all goods unopened and in original condition and wrapping.
Return delivery charge will be at your expense.
Vincredible will refund charges within 14 days.
If the fault is due to an error made by the customer during the personalisation process, then it is ineligible for a refund. We may however agree to reprint at a discounted rate.
Refunds will be given in accordance with your legal rights. If your product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
If for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible. Products can be subject to change and may vary from the images shown on the website.
* Please note that during extremely busy times it may be necessary to substitute a product if stocks have run low. If this happens, we will always replace with a product of similar style and quality.
It is important to us that you receive your order in pristine condition and we assure you we will make every effort to ensure this is the case. However, bottles may unfortunately get damaged in transit. Inspect your delivery for breakages and leakages, if it is apparent it has occurred, refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return to Vincredible. We will replace your purchase as soon as possible at no extra cost to yourself. Claims for breakages or shortages need to be stated on the courier’s paperwork.
Vincredible are passionate about good quality drinks and take great steps to ensure the products we feature are of the best quality. Vincredible guarantee that the products you receive will have been through our quality control process. However, we would welcome your feedback, comments and constructive criticism. We would encourage you to either leave a review by a product or email us on email@example.com
Orders must be accompanied by payment, preferably via our website. We will accept cheques and will issue your order when your cheque has been received and cleared.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the image and spelling of any personalised product before placing the order. Vincredible will not be held responsible for any misspellings or low image quality. We recommend images with a minimum on 1000 pixels but you should be able to tell on the screen. If you would like us to check before printing, please just get in touch with us.
Vincredible reserve the right to refuse any image or text which is deemed offensive or protected under UK copyright law.
Transactions are in British Pounds and inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges if applicable are added at the checkout. Whilst we endeavour to keep prices low, we reserve the right to increase prices in the event of supplier increases.
